Everywhere you look, people are offering up their opinions on the state of the ad business. The work. The results. The future. In today's digital world, it's all up for grabs. Stick a creative, an account exec, a planning director, a media expert and a data guru in a room together and you'll hear vastly different perspectives. You're supposed to. They all bring something valuable to the conversation.
The goal of DRAFTFCBlog is to share these insights and opinions with you. Draftfcb thought leaders and employees from around the world are never at a loss when it comes to offering their thoughts on any number of subjects. You decide how valuable - and join the conversation if you like.
As individuals and as a company, we have long believed in the freedom of speech. It is one of our basic rights. And, yes, that applies to the blogosphere. But there is a difference between exercising that freedom of speech to voice an opinion and using it to make personal attacks against an individual or an organization.
We invite you to share your comments, questions, suggestions and big ideas. We'd love to hear what you have to say. Really. We've always believed varying perspectives can only make an idea better and make us all smarter, and this blog is no different. Challenge our ideas and viewpoints, and we’ll try to be equally as engaging. We only ask that when commenting on this blog, please refrain from any rude behavior including, but not limited to, profanity, racial/ethnic slurs and personal attacks of any kind. Comments will be regularly reviewed by the blog moderator, and any comments that violate terms of use will be immediately removed.
